Eve: Foodie at Heart & Root-Cause Healer

Eve is an Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP), Personal Trainer (NASM, PPCS), and Culinary Nutrition Chef (NGI), dedicated to helping women live in tune with their bodies through bioindividuality. She works with clients virtually and in person in Brooklyn, NY.​Eve’s passion comes from personal experience — years of gut issues, hormone imbalances, chronic dieting, Hashimoto’s, PCOS, IBS, weight loss resistance, and autoimmune challenges that no one could fully explain or heal. After countless doctors and dead-ends, she took her health into her own hands, went back to school, and rebuilt her wellbeing from the inside out. Eve lost 75+ pounds and has kept it off for 12 years. After struggling to lose weight again after having my twins after a miscarriage led me into functional labs , specializing in blood work analysis I was able to get to the root cause heal from mold illness and candida and hashem blessed me with my twins. I realized undereating was wrecking my pcos and thyroid and left me with high cortisol. I spent 3 years building muscle and reversing my PCOS and diving deep into emotional healing and trauma after failed attempts at modalities like emotion code that constantly felt like a bandaid.. I have worked on healing my traumas and inner child and feel reborn and want the same for others.

 

Now, she supports other women in doing the same. Her mission is to help you understand your symptoms, find the root cause, and finally feel at peace in your body — using real food, emotional healing, and small, sustainable lifestyle shifts.​ Eve also works alongside Dr. Keith Berkowitz at the Center of Balanced Health in NYC for over 7 years and believes true health comes when we honor the whole self — body, mind, and soul. not just labs and supplements.

Esther: Triathlete Turned Coach, Fueled by Faith & Science

Esther is a Certified Nutrition & Fitness Coach, long-distance triathlete, and strength trainer based in New Jersey. She helps busy women simplify their health, build strength, and reconnect with their bodies—without burning out or giving up their lives to do it.​ Her passion comes from her own transformation.

 

After struggling with obesity, disordered eating, and a toxic relationship with food and exercise, Esther hit rock bottom. What started as a desire to lose weight spiraled into years of restriction, guilt, and chasing validation on the scale.It wasn’t until she unknowingly signed up for a triathlon—and found a supportive community—that everything shifted. Through endurance sports, she rebuilt her relationship with her body from the inside out, learning how to fuel it with respect, joy, and freedom. Her energy came back. Her confidence returned. And for the first time, she felt strong in more ways than one.​

Now, Esther supports other women in doing the same. Her mission is to make health feel doable, flexible, and fun—so you can see real results without spending hours in the gym or counting every calorie. Her programs are rooted in science, tailored to real life, and built to support lasting change from a place of strength, not shame.
